It takes weeks to obtain the general knowledge necessary to successfully set up, run and maintain this sophisticated equipment. It then takes months to become a skilled installer that doesn't waste excess materials and man hours on the jobsite. That's followed by years of minor mistakes that could cost the business a substantial amount of revenue. This is one area that Lapolla truly shines. Not only will you be given extensive upfront equipment and application training (including certification courses), but you will also have unlimited ongoing technical support and training for the duration of your dealership. What happens if you have a major equipment malfunction that we cannot correct by troubleshooting over the phone? Again, this is where Lapolla shines. Our philosophy is if you're not spraying foam, neither one of us are making money. That's why we will drive or fly our technician to your locale on our dime to correct the problem. All you will be responsible for is any part that isn't under warranty. Also, we offer multiple training courses throughout the year at our headquarters. This training is free to all Lapolla Dealers and is valued @ $300-$500 per person. In addition to this, Lapolla also offers extensive field training from our technicians that have years of application experience. After your initial field training near our facility, we will send a technician out on your jobsite to work with your crews. Anytime additional visits are needed, your sales representative will schedule another training visit.
